I joined Home Care Assist in 2020 as a care worker. Working in social care gives me great pleasure as I have always loved to help people. Before working in care, I was a Teaching Assistant in a local school and loved that too, but working with the elderly and infirm, is totally different, I get total job satisfaction in social care. I worked as a carer until December 2023, when I was offered the role of Field Care Supervisor and I am totally enjoying this role as I am learning new skills and still get to see the clients. I enjoy working for Home Care Assist and hope to make it an enjoyable experience for all clients and carers within the company.
