I am passionate about creating and supporting a care service that puts people first. As a Director of Home Care Assist, I am involved in the leadership and development of the service, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards, supporting our team and ensuring that the people we care for receive a safe, respectful and reliable service.

Having worked within healthcare management and service development, I understand the importance of strong leadership, effective communication and building trusting relationships with the people we support, their families and our care team.

Since becoming a Director of Home Care Assist, my focus has been on helping to build a service where people feel listened to, valued and respected. I believe good care starts with understanding each individual and recognising that everyone has their own needs, preferences and wishes.

For me, being a Director is about more than overseeing a service. It is about creating a positive culture, supporting our staff to do their best and ensuring that the people we support remain at the heart of every decision we make.
