Home Care Assist is owned by Peter Rolls and our true aim is to ensure we offer high-quality care to each and every client. We employ the best carers and we work closely with clients and their family to deliver the right level of care.
Our Carers
We complete a detailed recruitment process as this ensures we have the very best carers. We provide them with full training and only then are they picked by our management team. This ensures we have carers who understand what we offer and what level of care our clients need.
Registered
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission while we also work closely with NHS continuing health care services. We also work with local councils and our private clients, to continue delivering an exceptional level of care.
Quality
Our services are tailored to the specific needs of each client. We listen to our clients and their family, to ensure we deliver the care they need and expect. We advise on making each visit an hour in length as a minimum, allowing us to support our clients socially and emotionally while enabling them to feel at ease.
